More Images from Epstein Estate Made Public by Democratic Party US Legislators

Development layouts for the financier's private tropical island included in the released materials.

Also featured in this recent image drop seems to be a property layout for Great St James island, located in the Caribbean US territory.

Jeffrey Epstein bought a more modest island - the Little St James - originally in 1998, but subsequently obtained the larger adjacent island in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.

The released images indicate he had created ambitious plans to develop the sprawling island by constructing living quarters, an performance venue, an submerged workspace and a pool.

Visible on the blueprint is a local waterway, a waterway in the territory, noted on the bottom right.

The architectural drawing is covered in red pen markings and features a notes section labelling various areas of the property.

In addition to this are what look to be several other construction diagrams and construction drawings, including layouts for boat shelters.

Further materials made public as part of the ongoing investigative process.
